Dispatch of Paperback Books

We dispatch books to you by keeping 2 things in mind:

1) The Books must reach you quickly.

2) The Books must reach you safely.

We take great care to make sure that both these objectives are achieved without fail.

We dispatch books by Registered Post or by Speed Post (serviced by India Post), depending on the option you choose at the time of making payment. If you are making payment online, the amounts applicable to each mode of dispatch are listed against each dispatch option (and geographical location) in the Shopping Cart.

Points to note:

Here are three important points you must note:

1). If you are making payment via an offline mode (with an Order Form/Letter accompanying your payment), you must give your phone number and pin code in the Order Form. This is very important. If you have an e-mail ID, do give us that too. (The online purchase process collects these details before you make the payment).

2). The address you provide us must be full and complete. Please give us as many details as possible about your address. If you are making payment via an offline mode (with an Order Form/Letter accompanying your payment), your address should be written or printed very clearly — in CAPITALS. (The online purchase process collects these details before you make the payment).

3) If the address you’re providing us with is an office address, or an address where incoming mail articles are collected by a receptionist or by someone other than yourself, please inform the person collecting the incoming mail (in advance) that you are expecting a packet. This way, you will be informed of the arrival of the packet once it is delivered, and there will be no delay in your receiving the packet personally, and there will be no potential for any miscommunication about the arrival status of the packet.

Expected time of delivery

We send the books to you within 3 business days of receiving your order. The expected time of delivery of books will vary, depending on your address and the mode of dispatch you’ve chosen. 

We will also send you the shipping details (tracking number and date) by email, within 24-48 hours of dispatching the books. If you do not see this email in your inbox, please look in your spam/bulk folders, in case our email was redirected there by mistake. India Post provides an online tracking facility HERE. (The shipping status might take 24-48 hours get updated at this website).

Regular Dispatch: Packets sent by Registered Post usually take 6-14 days to get delivered to addresses in India (depending on the address to which the books have been sent). If you do not receive the books within 15 days of placing your order, please get in touch with us. 

Expected time of delivery of packets sent to addresses outside India by Registered Airmail vary (20-30 days), based on the destination address. Please get in touch with us after you’ve placed your order, to get an expected date of delivery.

Expedited Dispatch: Packets sent by Speed Post usually take 2-5 days to get delivered to addresses in India (depending on the address to which the books have been sent). If you choose the “Express” dispatch mode, and if you do not receive the books within 6 days of placing your order, please get in touch with us.

Expected time of delivery of packets sent to addresses outside India by speed post vary (10-15 days), based on the destination address. Please get in touch with us after you’ve placed your order, to get an expected date of delivery.
